Rumours are that Turkey is still in negociations as a side order to the Cobra but why haven’t the Russians actively sought any export success for this potent weapons system. Russia has traditionally sold high-tech arms to China & India which account for 80% of its arms exports each year and has expanded trade into south Eastern Asia.
Will we see a purchase from India & China??
