PZL TS11 Iskra

The PZL TS 11 Iskra is a jet trainer with the airforces of India and Poland(?).
I wanna know more about this aircraft, any more countries use it?
What kinda aircraft is it comparable to today?
Has Poland retired all of these beauties?
What kind of weapons can it carry?
I know that it has a 23mm cannon and around 400kgs of ext warload capability.
