2ns Spanish Carrier?

Does Spain plan on building a second Aircraft Carrier? When the Principe de Asturias was completed the word was that Spain would build a second Carrier in the near future. To this point I have heard nothing. With the UK, Italy, India, and France building or planning on building carriers……… What is in the works for the Spanish Navy…….
