ISO 527th F-5E Aggressor pics/info

Looking for any pictures or information about F-5Es that were assigned to the USAF’s 527th Aggressors based at RAF Alconbury.

I’m trying to build a database of all the planes assigned to the squadron from it’s inception in 1976 until they switched to F-16s in 1988. I would be thrilled to see any photos you may have of these aircraft or of you know details of any losses, transfers, etc.

While I have not yet built a website or online repository for this information it is my intention to do so – obviously any and all credit for photos would be given to the photographer. I’m simply looking to be the person to put this together.

My dad flew with the squadron from 1979-1982, “his” airplane was 74-1559. Below is a picture he took of it in the snake camo, later it was repainted in the ghost camo scheme.
