I’m told most current radar/electronic software can detect Active cancellation systems deployed against them. Worse, they can even track the emitter because it emits a signal.

If so, it would mean a lot of these systems would now be redundant. For example I havnt heard of any active systems being incorporated into the F-22, Typhoon or F35, or any other newer aircraft.
It seemed like a good idea in the ninties…
