The Gorshkov

Isn’t it time we had another Gorshkov thread? Is this deal in limbo?

There is an update on current Indian defence issues on the http://www.defence-aerospace.com site that mentions Russian warships being delivered to the Indian Navy but there is no mention of the Gorshkov.
