French Jaguar for IAF and Mirage for PAF…

Just read in a french aviation magazine this week-end (Air & Cosmos) :

Some retired french AF jaguar will go to India (as i have already read)

And some retired Mirage F1 might go to… Pakistan (first time i have ever read it). Sounds strange, since the type is not already in service with the PAF.
