RAF Lyneham to close.

Announced today on BBC Radio 1 that RAF Lyneham is to close with the loss of 2000 civil and military jobs.

As always guys what will happen to the airfield will it become a mass of housing or will it continue as an airfeild.

I think that they have had a substantial offer from a developer and decided they could move Lynehams operation elsewhere thus giving a good cash boost.
