Why do the F-16 don't have formation lights ???

All modern US military aircrafthave them: the A-10, F-14, F-15, F/A-18, F/A-22, C-17, C-130J, …. even the Eurofighter Typhoon do have some of these “lightning stripes” ???

Why not the F-16 ??? :confused:
