What nations for JSF???

Does anyone know what nations are up for the JSF (outside of the US and UK obviously)??? Who will be buying them for definite and who is thinking ’bout it???

I know Israel, Singapore, Canada and The Netherlands have expressed an interest but are they going to front the cash???
