Iraq & Chemical Weapons

In the UK there have been various reports of this chemical site and this training ground. More recently on teh BBC footage showing a supposed camp where Iraq soilders were being trained in chemical warfare.

While this in itself does seem a problem as such, what bothered me was they showed instructions on how to use various antidotes, deploy the chemicals but the instructions were in English!!

The instructions being in English would be acceptable if this were a training facility in the Europe, US etc but where were the Arybic instructions??

So any one have any answers to why they were in English and not Arybic?
