Local news is reporting/predicting/speculating the imminent arrival of some USAF heavy metal into Fairford. Obvious candidates are B52’s, BI-B’s and possible B2’s.
No movement in the air yet, that I have seen or heard anyhow, mind you BZN is between me and Fairford and thats very busy at the moment so things could sneak in. Usually see the C5’s and KC 135’s before any big deployment so I’ll keep em peeled.
U2’s came and went a few weeks back, sadly before before the grapevine worked, although the local TV was informed because they showed them leaving……..buggers !!.
