USAF Recce Fleet

What is the current ORBat of the USAF Recce aircraft fleet? Also, someone I know visited Cyprus in the summer and saw some black jets there. Were they U-2’s or has the USAF still got some SR-71’s still kicking around?? I thought all these had been retired!
