What sensor is it ?

I noticed this sensor on british Harrier and Tornado, but I do not know what it is supposed to do!

It is fixed on the launch rails and seems quite small, maybe here to detect ground radars emissions… it might also be used to drop flares and/or chaffs…

It is a small black radome!

Does anyone have some data about it? Its designation for example?
