EL/M-2032 Radar

I have some questions regarding this set made by Elbit of Israel.

Is the set fitted to the THK’s upgraded F-4E 2020’s the exact same as that fitted to the Romanian MiG-21 Lancer-C’s? Do they have the same modes and detection/tracking ranges? I just find it hard to believe that there is enough room in the MiG-21’s inlet centerbody to have an antenna large enough for the range that the radar on the F-4 would have. Then again I’m certainly no expert on radars so that’s why I’m asking.

What are the principle differences (if any) between the set on the Phantom and Lancer. What capabilities do the two sets give the two jets compared to one another?
