long range SAM question

what are the burntime of very long range SAM like SA-10 with 48N6E2 missile or SA-12 or SM-2ER BlockIVA .

They have high speed ( especially the russian ) but how long their booster work ?

For example during an engagement at close to max range of a SA-10 ( 100 NM ) : does the booster work during the half of the path or one third or two third ???? following its final path only with its kinetic energy .
