DD-X characteristics ?

Even if it is a future projects still in developpement what are the warfare systems that we could expected ?

Especially for ABM ? does SM-3 could be load ?

Does its lower RCS influence Air attack by missile or it is just for reduce long range detection by huge radar ( SPS-49 / Top Pair… ) ?
