Russian air-dropped thermobaric weapons?

Also, I’d love to know what other nations operate Russian made thermobaric weapons, in what numbers and on which aircraft?

Finally, how have these weapons been used in conflicts? How effective were they? What upgrades, improvements or new weapons are known to be in development?
