Who's flying this ?

Hi guys

The attached is a scan (hence poor quality) of a an A3 sized photo I have, printed on heavy card of a twin bucket Harrier. Question is who are the guys who signed the photo ? (Tony Hawkes and the next next one looks like Hetton Sewether ??). I am assuming that they where maybe something to do with the two seat conversion of the airframe ?.

Stamped on the back of the piccie is :-
