Iran / North Korea Nuclear Capacity

Can anyone provide an update on the nuclear capac of these two countries and their delivery systems.

I know that Iran has the Shahab-3/4 and the Nodong, but do they have any aircraft that could be used to carry a (Little Boy sized) U235 bomb (say 9 tonnes in weight)?

I assume the Tu-22A Backfire would be an option, though I doubt it could carry a payload that heavy.

Assuming Iran could minaturise a warhead in , say 10-15 years time, would they find it better to deploy aboard a fast bombers than a missile, particularly for battlefield use?

I have only read the 1999 US State Dept briefings which claim that N Korea has poss developed 2-3 nuclear warheads, but would it be restricted to silo-launched rockets, or could it deploy them by fighter aircraft?

I also assume that both nations owe their nuclear knowledge heavily toward China, who would be looking for regional nuclear allies such as Pakistan.

I could only imagine N Korea using its nuclear capacity in a short-range region covering targets in South Korea and Japan, whereas Iran would be able to attack targets as far afield as Cyprus, Israel, Turkey and Bahrain, all home to major NATO and US-friendly installations.
