For Ja Worsley: Typhoon over Austria!

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 17-07-02 AT 05:11 PM (GMT)] As promised. The EF2000 in Austrian colors. Photoes and schematics on the EF are far more prevalent than the J-10 and so easier to model.

I gave the Austrian Typhoon the most common loadout seen on the plane: two ASRAAMs on the outer pylons and four AMRAAMs nested in the grooves of the fuselage. A deadly mix, indeed.

I’ve modeled the plane based on the prototypes, DA1 and DA7. DA7 recently test fired a ASRAAM in Italy. The eventual production model for the Austrian Air Force would sport more pylons and carry the Meteor BVRAAM.
