MULTI SKILLS PILOTS???????

RMAF has been toying with the idea-to train fighters pilots to fly a transport/helos pilots to fly a fixed wings MPA or something like that.By doing this -the pilots would be able to utilised their skills on various types of aircraft.This would be usefull in time of crisis.What your comments?????
