Naval UAV concepts in flux

While there have been many attempts to develop maritime unmanned air
vehicles, there is still not a single UAV or UCAV in naval service
today.

Some people are wanting the future today, it does take a lot of time to develope breakthrough technology.

Besides, what will we do with the the people who make up the flight crews? Tell them to sit in a corner and twiddle their thumbs? These people are highly skilled in their field of work, retraining them into a lesser job will be such a waste!
