"a stupid post"

Once a day I allow myself to ask a 😉 stupid question 😉 today you guys have the honer try and give me an answer!;-):-);-):-);-)

I’ve noticed over the years that some F-16 have their wheel painted white and others have painted them black. Does anyone know why? Or does it depend on the mode the painter is in?
