how reliable are french arms dealers

I was wandering with increased military budgets and increase in weapons exports will france be willing to sell to who ever. or will they stay with traditional customers.

New market can include lidya who have had sanctions loifted and also were a big customer of france in the mid 80s, or even iran who are hopoing to modernise.

I have always considerd france to be like the clever kid in the classroom who is bullied into sharing work and bullied so not to spread the work to others.

This can be seen when China forced them to to sell anymore Mirage 2000s to Taiwan or even India who are so terrefie dof pakistan aquiring a couple of squadrons of Mirage 2000s.

What do u guys thinki. and how do you thnk the talks between the PAF chief will go in USA and france.
