Can an F-5E/F Tiger which have undergone refurbishment, structural and modern avionics, HUD etc, armed with BVR missiles and off-bore sight AAMs and flown by a reaosnably competent pilot mixed-up and even have respectable results against he latest generation of fighters F-15, F16, F-18, Rafale, Eurofighter, Gripen, Mig 29 or the Sukhoi 27/30/35?
