Australia Aircraft Carrier?

Does anyone really think that RAN will get a small Aircraft Carrier? I think that Australia should purchase a small Carrier much like Thailands and equip with JSF’s (VTOL). Further I believe a joint buy of both types of JSF’s (VTOL & CTOL)would be better still. Equiping the RAAF and RAN. Australia would then be able project air power out thousands of miles in any direction! Advantageous for both Defensive and Offensive Operations. Wouldn’t a combined force of JSF’s be way more effective. Than a purely landbased force of say Typhoon’s?
