[updated:LAST EDITED ON 08-04-02 AT 11:03 AM (GMT)]I recently registered with the Janes Defence site and to my amazement, one of the first articles I read was a report of De-classified documents revealing USAF training of PLAAF pilots as recently as ’99 at Edwards Air Force base. The article suggested that the pilots were given US training on Western style “air-to-air” and “air-to-ground” tactics as well as evidence of the Clinton administrations offer to supply the latest radar technology to the PLAAF. What’s going on??? Given that Janes is a respected Defence publisher, I doubt that these reports are un-real. Does anyone have any info’ on this event?
