Peace in Sri Lanka!

It seems that the Tigers are about to surrender, this is good news , maybe now this country can settle down and build itself up again!

But will the peace hold? This war has been going on for so long now, can the Tigers ever hope to hold a position in Government there? What are the thoughts from this forum on the peace accord!
