Air Show Question

This has nothing to do with my other air show thread. This is something else completely. I live in Mississippi in the United States, and there is going to be an air show where I live in late April. The Blue Angels will be there and so will several other interesting aircraft, both static (B-17) and flying (L-39 & A-10). Those I listed are just some of the visitors. Anyway, to get on with the point of my message. I know the guy that is the airport manager. He is head of everything out there, and is a former Navy pilot who flew A-6’s over Vietnam. He was very highly decorated and got to be a fairly high rank before getting out. At one point in time he was head of all Navy flight training at NAS Pensacola. I was wondering if it would be possible for him to pull strings and ask if the Navy could possibly send an F-4 from Point Mugu or wherever it is they have all the Phantoms for testing (both drones and piloted F-4’s for other uses). I don’t really care if it just does a flyby or is static or just whatever. I’m just asking if this would be feasible. Could he pull those kinds of strings? I mean of course I would have to ask him about it first. I know this sounds crazy and you all think I am nuts, but please try to be serious for a bit with me. I will be in college next year so I don’t know that I’ll get to see another air show for a while. This might be my only chance to see an F-4 again, at least an operational flying example. If this crazy idea were to actually happen I’d be so happy. This is just really important to me whether it is feasible or not. Please give me some honest feedback. I don’t quite understand how an air show works (exhibits and stuff) so please help me. I just thought it might be possible because this man was a very highly respected member of the Navy and was in it for over 30 years I believe.
