Does anyone out there have any concrete details of the aggrement between the US and UK over stealth techknology.Is it true the UK has access to all the stealth secrets and how to use them?Are the UK allowed to desighn their own stealthy equipment and modifications etc for aircraft without permissin from the US even though its thier technolagy?
