It still is one of the only fighters that can sustain 9Gs, increase speed in doing so, avionics/engine upgrades that’ll easily challenge the Eurocanards, and new airframes still being built..
how far will the design go? will they add canards? i.e a triplane lay out like the super flanker, a new air intake similar to the Typhoon to reduce radar signature… so far we’ve already got CFTs, new radars, and engines with jagged edges.
