JSOW A/B droppping ?

for bombers what max number of cluster JSOW by target would look realistic ?

My interrogation about the use of smart munitions is more general : are they less numerous dropped as they are more expensive like a GP or cluster or are they use identicaly than older cheaper weapons ?
