Mirage 2000 and Su-27 Upgrades?

So does any of the Israeli defense companies (Elbit & IAI) have any upgrades for the Mirage 2000 or Flanker? I’ve heard that quite possibly the Brazilian Mirage 2000 offer has some Israeli electronics.

Personally I would love to see an upgraded Su-27 under the hands of the Israelis, it’ll give this powerful bird some powerful avionics..me thinks it could go good with the Scorpion.
