Just think of it before you say anything!

A friend of mine (A mad sub lover), and I thought of this idea about a year ago, we both admit that it’s a little on the far side, but still could you imagine it!

The idea revolves around puting Harriers or J-35B (say four) on a Typhoon SSBN. Clamshell doors keep the water out, and an elevator would raise the planes up for take off. First you’d have to rip out the silos, and most of the interior, but what a strike package! Up from no-where, fly low under radar coverage, smack out the target, fly back to the sub and submerge before anyone knew what the hell happened!

Sounds like the stuff dreams are made of! pitty we couldn’t actually do it 🙁
