US Army or Air Force Antonov An-32 ??

Hi all

a couple of interesting pics were forwarded to me today taken this week at Panama City (Florida) of an unidentified Antonov An-32. Has anybody seen mention of this elsewhere at all? There have also been recent sightings of a similarly marked Antonov An-2 and a Mil Mi-17.

I would have thought that these were operated by the US Army’s Operational Test and Evaluation Command (OPTEC/OTSA) in threat evaluation exercises but any offers of alternative ‘owners’ would ve much appreciated!
