does the AV-8B could drop LGB themself ?

I know their are the Day Attack and newer Night Attack version of US Harrier II ( I believe all DA are upgrade to NA standard ) but I’m not sure if the DA and/or NA laser system is able to illuminate a target or if it is just for range finding and need other illumination source ( I think it is that ) ?

Same question for other country using AV-8 .
