What information is there on RSAF F-15 attrition? Everyone mentions the lack of F-15 losses in combat but what about the normal training losses? A U.S. based think tank the Center for Strategic and International Studies has some reports on their main website regarding the Saudi military that includes some information I must have missed. 1) The RSAF downed 3 Mirage F-1s not just the two killed by the one RSAF pilot. 2) That RSAF pilots had been getting the highest monthly flight time of any F-15 user (22-33 hours). 3) Recently the RSAF has been experiencing high attrition rates but there are no details of how many and when.
