JASDF F-4/F-15 Fleet

I put this topic on the Aircombat forum as well, but I thought I’d put it here as well. I am wondering if anyone can give me info about the structure of the JASDF air defense force, which comprises the F-4EJ, F-15J/DJ, E-2, and the E-767. What areas do the F-4’s and F-15’s cover respectively, and how do they work together? Are the Phantoms and Eagles based together? What about the F-1’s and F-2’s? Do they have any role in air defense or do they just serve as backups in case the F-4’s and F-15’s would ever be overwhelmed?
