As of 20:00 hrs tonight a further 53 Royal Marines from 40 Commando RM have arrived by C-17, with more joining them by Chinook from HMS Fearless tomorrow. Next week a deployment by 16 Air assault Brigade including 2nd Battalion Parachute Regiment will arrive at the airbase.
