Kuwaiti F-18…..

can someone please tell me with simple logic because i am a bit slow…….why the kuwaiti air force has chosen to order more of these obsolete machines.

yes they have them already and the logistiacl support is there but with many other jets around F-16 block 60, rafale and eurofighter!!! it astounds me that they have once again opted to go for f-18 (basic or super variant)
