arms procurement by USA

Why doesn’t america import any arms from foreign countries??. i understand as the biggest arms producer it has to buy domestically to support its huge workforce in the US defence industry, but it is showing double standards when critiscing other nations for purchasing non-USA arms.

i ask this question because most areas around the world are moving away from traditional buyers like koreas F-x program, most of europe showing greater defence integration and asia looking towards russia & isreal.

Russia is also climbing the exporters ladder and could reach as high as 2nd behind america in 2-3 years time.
