RAF use of American CBU's

I seem to recall reading that the RAF made use of American CBU-87 CEM’s during the Gulf War. Have they been bought/used in any action since that time? Along the same lines, has the RAF ever employed the SUU-30 series of CBU’s (CBU-52, -58, -71, etc.)?
