Beriev P-42 "Garpoon"

By the way I’m looking for some info on the once proposed Russian carrierborne ASW-aircraft P-42 “Garpoon” (Harpoon) from Bereiv …. At the moment I have only one source (The new Red-Star-title “Flankers”) p. 87 … there it is discribed as “a chubby strait-wing aircraft powerd by two Lotarev D-36 turbofans which bore a striking resemblance to the Lockheed S-3 Viking.”

Does anyone have something more on this project !!!!
