Saint Louis Helicopter?

There has been a helicopter parked at the local airport here for about a week. The interesting thing is, I drove up to take a good look at it and I saw “Saint Louis Helicopter” painted on the side. The helicopter is a light blue with some other colors such as yellow mixed in. The coolest part about the whole thing is that the chopper is and old Sikorsky S-58! Anyone here ever seen one. Interesting chopper. Anyway, just wondering what “Saint Louis Helicopter” is.
