The Helios II project is a joint spy-satelite, made by France, Spain, Italy and last but not least Belgium. The price tag of the whole project will be around 2.11 billion €.
Guess this is a good step in the european defence policy. It’s not as nice as the prestige-projects like the EF2000 and the Rafale but it is necessairy. Now we can spy on our own without US help. That’s a good thing, I guess.
Now we can monitor the whole world. Biff, is that you baking waffles in your backgarden?? 🙂
