Future of Russian aerospace

With the MiG MaPO on the verge of bankruptcy and Sukhoi programs stalled due to no funds, what do members think about the future of Russian military aviation. The gap between it and the wet will jusat continue to widen, and with its desperate measures at joint development with partners like India and China, who themselves have no glorious tradition of aircraft design, are they setting themselves up for failure. Relatedly, how could one resurrect this- they have already tried to expand to new markets like Korea and Australia, and failed miserably, as political reasons (not to mention availability fo far more sophisticated Western options) makes Russian planes untouchables.
