PLAAF Su-30MKK

HI everyone
There are few pictures of PLAAF SU-30MKK being published in a Chinese Military Magazine, and shows they are in same camo as the Su27s. It said that the SU-30 PLAAF recieved have improved N-001 radar. How is it compare to the earlier batchers of SU-30 that recieved by the IAF (not full version of SUMKI)? When is India going to set up production for the SU-30MKI?
