Is the Iraqi airforce flying at all?

I was wondering whether anyone knows whether the Iraqi airforce is flying at all in the one third of the country where they are allowed to fly.

Also with ten years of sanctions in place, are any of the Frecnh Mirage F1EQ’s and more sophisticated Russian types such as the MiG-25 and MiG-29 Foxbat operational? Heck are any Iraqi fighters operational???
