off topic – columbine victims to sue pc games

completly off topic (when has that stopped us) but the bbc have this story http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/sci/tech/newsid_1295000/1295920.stm
aparently the columbine victims are sueing just about every shoot em up games manufacture cos the trenchcoat mafia kids reinacted the space marine from doom. i think this is silly (prehaps they should stop us peole getting hold of guns?).
but more on topic, if i went out and brought a plane and put a gun on it (totaly theretical) and shoot some people could i blame a flight sim company ???
